  • HOW CAN I RESERVE MY SPOT?

You can book online with a debit/credit card. A 1,000€ deposit is required upon booking. Please note that we have a limited number of painting spots on each tour and they are on a first come first served basis. It is recommened to secure your spot before December 31, 2023.

  • WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE TOUR?

Everything listed in the package under “included features”.

  • IS AIRPORT PICK UP INCLUDED?

    Yes, a Group Transfer is included in your Tour package. At your arrival a private tour bus will be waiting at the airport and will drop you off at the end of the tour. Recommended flights, group bus pick up and drop off times will be sent by email. If you arrive/depart at a different time than the Group Transfer, we’ll help you reserve transportation from the airport to the hotel (at your own charge).

  • WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED?

Please note that anything not listed under the “included features” is not part of the package. As of example: airfare, travel insurance, airport transfers other than group transfers, some meals are at your charge, independent meals/sightseeings, alcohol, gratuities, souvenirs, gifts, shopping, painting material.   • WHAT IS A TYPICAL DAY LIKE?

After breakfast, a private tour bus drives you to a special spot for painting (9 am). You set up and paint for about 3 hours. Take your time and embrace this moment chatting with other fellow painters and locals passing by! At lunchtime (12 pm) we all go to local restaurants or experience a chic picnic served outdoor. In the afternoon (2 pm), it’s time to explore the surroundings! Guided tours or visits are scheduled with local guides. Back to the hotel (5 pm), take some time for yourself and relax.

  • MY PARTNER DOES NOT PAINT. CAN SHE/HE JOIN THE TOUR?

Yes, of course! A non-painter discount applies for accompanying partners. A full program for non-painters and photo enthusiasts is available with guided visits, wine tastings and tons to discover with your private tour guide!

  • WHAT PAINTING MATERIAL SHOULD I BRING?

We recommend travelling as light as possible. A small palette, paint, brushes, a portable easel, paper, boards or canvases. We supply chairs, solvent, paper towel, water container, brush cleaner. We will provide you with a detailed packing list before your trip.

If you’d like to travel free of mind we offer an Art Material Package option where we’ll provide you with everything you need from paint to easel. The Art Material Package includes all the recommended items from your Art instructor with Premium brands.

  • WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY

“Any cancellation of their registration by the customer will result in the enforcement of the following conditions:

- more than 90 days before departure: the sums paid as a deposit will be refunded to you (excluding insurance) except withholding a lump sum of €150 per person.

- between 89 and 60 days: 75% of the total amount including tax of the trip is refundable (excluding insurance) except withholding a lump sum of €150 per person.

- between 30 and 59 days: 50% of the total amount including tax is refundable (excluding insurance) except withholding a lump sum of €150 per person.

- between 0-29 days: 0% of the total amount including tax of the trip is refundable.”
