A Painter's Journey Along Croatia's Adriatic Coast
Join artist William (Bill) Graf and create expressive paintings inspired by the amber light and timeworn beauty of Dubrovnik and its suroundings.
Set out on an unforgettable artistic journey along Croatia's Dalmatian coast. With Bill's guidance, you'll begin in Dubrovnik, where a guided walk through the old town's honey-colored walls and marble streets brings centuries of history to life before you ever lift a brush. Capture the interplay of light and stone that has drawn artists to this city for generations.
In Split, you'll paint from inside the walls of Diocletian's Palace, a nearly 1,700-year-old Roman monument and UNESCO World Heritage site still pulsing with everyday Croatian life. Few painters ever have the chance to set an easel inside a ruin this ancient — here, the past and present share the same canvas.
Wander the medieval lanes of Trogir, a town so beautifully preserved it feels suspended outside of time, made for slow looking and quiet reflection. And step away from your easel for a hands-on Croatian cooking class held at a working farm and botanical garden, followed by a lunch of fresh seafood on a Croatian island — the kind of afternoon that reminds you why you set out on a trip like this in the first place.
Stay 7 nights at a 4 star-hotel on the coast, a refined base for exploring the Dalmatian coast in comfort, where Croatian hospitality meets the quiet luxury of a well-earned rest. The tour includes time to savor local cuisine, browse artisan markets, and discover this region's layered history through the eyes of expert local guides.

Non-painting partners and photography enthusiasts are warmly welcomed, with a dedicated program of guided visits and experiences arranged for them during painting sessions.
